Before you get crazy about getting the R6 as my first bike I should explain that not owning a bike doesn't mean I don't know how to. I got a 2002 R6 and with good reason. The bike was cheap, is in running condition and it has a carb, so it's going to be easier for me to learn how to tinker with it.
