Rear adjustment for R6

I own a 1999 YZF R6, but its quite low ( like really low)
I want to bring the bike back to its stock height. Is the rear linkage adjustable, or do I need to replace parts? The forks have been pushed up in the triple clamps by about 1 to 2 inches, so I'm guessing they'll probably need to be repositioned.
What's the process for adjusting the rear? Is it a simple fix, or will I need new components? no local shops anytime soon, so I'd appreciate any guidance on doing this myself.

better check the parts since the aftermarkets have a bad reputation of dangerous breaking. Check your parts online and try to make comparisons when its adjusted out. Thre rear shock has to be adjusted back to stock, I think that should be in or near the middle of the min/max range

I think you need to remove the parts that make the bike lower, then adjust the front forks and rear shock to the heights you want

The rear linkage on your R6 isn't adjustable, if it has been lowered, the dog bones are probably shorter. To get back to stock height, swap those back to OEM. Simply slide the forks back down to specification after releasing the triple clamps up front. Quite simple if you have the necessary basic equipment. Double-check torque specs when buttoning it up

You'll just want to slide the forks back down in the triples to the stock height. For the rear, it's not adjustable. If it was lowered with aftermarket links, you'll have to switch those out for the stock ones. It's a straightforward job if you have a jack or stand to take the weight off the suspension. Don't forget to torque everything to spec after you're done
