Why is my motorcycle losing power?

It's frustrating, my 2016 R6 is doing this weird thing

So, it feels like it just runs out of power when I hit 100 mph in 3rd gear, even with the throttle wide open.

I've got a slipon exhaust, a Power Commander, fresh spark plugs, and the right fuel map loaded up.

Has anyone else with an older R6 run into this same problem? It's kinda bugging me!
 
An old pal of mine had a similar issue and turned out to be clogged fuel filter limiting performance at higher speeds. Have you checked the filter or tested the fuel pressure? It might be worth a look!
 
I hear you. Any signs of fuel delivery issues beyond the loss of power like sputtering or hesitation? Just to rule out the injectors or fuel pump.

Agree with @shades of clay it's gotta be clogged fuel filter or weak fuel pump. If not then you can look into the air filter. Do update us here @SilentRunning.

It might be a fuel delivery problem, like a weak pump or a clogged filter. You should also check the throttle cable slack and look for any leaks in the intake. It could help to have that PC map adjusted on a dyno, too. Those older R6s can be tricky at high revs
