Bike running a bit rough

A couple of days ago my R6 began to run a bit rough, there's more vibration and it almost seems like it's coughing. I was sitting parked for about 2 weeks before this, if this matters. So, should I consider the plugs or the carb?

@Nocarforme look, your R6 was sitting for two weeks, both spark plugs and the carburetor are very likely culprits for rough running, vibration, and coughing. I think you should check them both
