What's this weird milky blue stuff on my brother's yamaha YZF R6?

So my brother's got a Yamaha YZF R6, and I borrowed it the other day and noticed this strange milky blue fluid building up on it over time

The weird thing is, it's only on the right side of the bike, and not on any of the fairings, so it's not like I was running anything over.

Any ideas what this could be? I'm worried that I broke it, and he'll be very mad at me!

That sounds like coolant, that milky blue liquid typically indicates a small leak either at the water pump or where a hose connects. This is pretty common with R6s when a seal starts to wear out. I'd recommend checking the water pump area and the coolant level first. By the way, did you notice if the temp was running higher than usual while you were riding?

Yeah, it's most likely the coolant. Try checking the overflow bottle and pulling the fairings to trace the leak.
